Therapy Services
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of your experiences- we'll explore the thoughts, feelings, and relationships that have shaped you, helping you understand yourself with greater clarity and (hopefully) compassion.
Rather than trying to change who you are, therapy invites you to become more connected to yourself. Over time, you may begin to notice old patterns more clearly, feel less lost with difficult emotions, and find new ways of relating to yourself and those around you.

For Individuals
You may be carrying something difficult, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, navigating loss or change, or simply sensing that something no longer fits. Weekly 50-minute sessions offer a tailored space to be curious about your experience without judgement or pressure. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you, making room for lasting change that feels true to who you are.
For Young Adults (16+)
Being perceived as a young adult doesn't mean life suddenly makes sense. You may be navigating school or university, managing family relationships, asking questions about your identity, or simply trying to find your place in everything while so much around you is changing. My aim is to support you in finding out who you'd like to become, and know that you don't have to have everything figured out along the way.

"We cannot change, we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed."
Carl Rogers, On Becoming a Person, 1961
